PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHAT DO I DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you make an enquiry through my website I ask for personal information such as your name and email address,  as well as information relating to your wedding such as the date, venue address, and any other information you choose provide. All information submitted via the contact form goes straight to my email inbox, which is protected by a secure password. Your information is stored within my email, and inside a folder on my computer which is also password protected. If you do not book me for your wedding then your information will be deleted after your wedding date. If you book me for your wedding I will need to collect further information such as your mobile phone number, so that I can contact you to discuss your wedding, and your home address so that I can send you your films. I will never contact you for any reason other than in relation to your wedding.

When you browse my site, I automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.

2. CONSENT

After you have filled in the contact form you are required to tick a box stating that you consent to me contacting you to reply. I do not currently hold any mailing lists, nor do I send out any marketing materials to any of my clients. Should this change in the future I will ask you directly for your expressed consent beforehand.

3. DISCLOSURE

I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so.

4. SQUARESPACE

My website is built using, and hosted on Squarespace. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers I use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to me.  

6. SOCIAL MEDIA

My site includes Facebook, instagram and twitter buttons. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on my site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly.

7. SECURITY

All information that I hold physically is kept in a secure location, and all information I hold digitally is password protected.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it.
